Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped 5-7 BUSINESS days AFTER order date. Please do not count weekends. Only call/email if it has been 10 days since you ordered.

You will receive your tracking number via email when your order ships. All customer service questions should be sent to expresssmileatl@gmail.com NOT via Instagram or Instagram DM. Our social media team will not be able to assist, they do not have access to order information.

International Buyers: Please Note - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We ship all international packages via the United States Postal Service who will then deliver your package to your local postal office for delivery. If your package hasn't arrived by the time frame indicted on your tracking details, please contact your local post office regarding your package before contacting us. Your local post office will know more information regarding your package once it is in your country.

 

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. This includes the order processing time and shipping time. Processing time for all products is 1 to 2 business days.

Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders ship 5 to 7 business days after order date. We ship USPS priority mail.

International Shipping: All international orders take a minimum 10-14 business days to ship via USPS. The packages will also be delayed while going through the customs clearance.

 

FEES
Any purchase $200 or more will incur additional shipping fees.

Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost.

We are NOT responsible for any additional customs fees.

Customs Fees: Express Smile Atlanta is not responsible for customs fees. We have contacted the customs department and been informed to include GIFT on the purchase; however, this will not always avoid a fee being charged. If you are charged a customs fee, we are not responsible for that charge.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not issue refunds due to weather or carrier delays.

Your package may also have a delay while going through customs.

If you receive a tracking # and package is not moving please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777.
